TESTIMONIALSSarah,I’m totally lost for words to describe the cake you made for me, and that’s quite unusual in my job! The work you put into making it was astonishing, everybody who saw it (and tasted it) agreed. It was large, it was accurate in its portrayal of my car and it was a triumph (although I’m pretty sure it was a ford !?). Well done ! I’m just thankful that I have photos to look back on because once I cut the cake there was no danger of there being any left. I did have my cake and eat it, many thanks Dave Lee Travis. We were thrilled when Sarah agreed to make our wedding cake, as we have been friends a long while. The consultation went well, we asked for the roses to be the same colour as the bridesmaids dresses, and as I don’t eat fruit cake we asked for one tier to be sponge and two to be fruit. Sarah was pleased to meet our needs and advised us on other ways our cake could be decorated. On the day of our wedding Sarah set the cake up at our reception venue, both Vicky and I were overwhelmed with the finished product, it was a work of art. All of our guests commented on the intricate details on the icing and the beautiful roses. The cake was very moist and enjoyed by all. Thank you so much Sarah, not only are you a great friend, you’re an excellent cake designer and maker and all the effort you put into our cake will never be forgotten. Even the knife was so realistic, I tried to pick it up to cut the cake only to find it was part of the cake!!! Your attention to detail is marvellous - thanks again. Andrew Sarah As the most important day in my life was my Wedding Day, I wanted it to be perfect. One of the most important things was the Wedding Cake. This is what everybody waits to see. Sarah made us the most stunning cake ever. I explained to Sarah well before the day what the Colour scheme was and what the general scheme of the day was to be, and she made the cake to fit in with the scheme perfectly.
